Introduction

"Sending crypto" (or Collectible) means transferring crypto/collectibles from your wallet, to someone else's wallet (or another wallet you own). There are two ways to send crypto/collectibles in Calaxy app (or inside any WORLD app):

1. From your wallet: Use this method if you want to send crypto/collectibles to someone that is not on Calaxy (or to yourself, to a wallet that is not accessible from inside Calaxy). We cover this method below.

2. Texting crypto/collectibles to another Calaxy user: Use this method if you just want to send crypto/collectibles to someone else inside Calaxy. This is a much faster approach, but only works when sending to another Calaxy user via Calaxy Messenger. See Texting Crypto & Collectibles on how to send crypto/collectibles using this method.

↗️ Sending Crypto From Your Wallet

You can send any crypto from your Calaxy wallet on supported networks.

To send crypto:

1. Open your Wallet from the main nav bar

2. Tap on the crypto you want to send

3. Tap "Send" on the slide up panel

4. Set the quantity you want to send (you can also tap "50%" and "Max" shortcuts to autofill half, or all of your total balance of this crypto)

5. Enter in the wallet address you are sending to in the "To" field

6. Enter a memo (small note to go with the transcation) in the "Memo" field. This is optional unless the destination you are sending to requires a memo.*

7. Tap "Continue" at the bottom and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transaction

*Sometimes, the receiving wallet or platform will require a specific memo to be sent with the transaction. When sending $HBAR to a Coinbase account for example, Coinbase will provide you with a unique memo that MUST BE INCLUDED with the transaction, in order for the $HBAR to be credited to your Coinbase account. Its always a good idea to double check whether or not the destination wallet or platform provides you with a memo when copying the receiving address from that platform.

3. Tap on the Collectible you want to send

4. Tap "Send" on the slide up panel

5. Enter in the wallet address you are sending to in the "To" field

6. Enter a memo (small note to go with the transaction) in the "Memo" field. This is optional.

7. Tap "Continue" at the bottom and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transaction
