Introduction

When you connect a supported social account on Calaxy, your Calaxy account can automatically track & verify the delivery of services offered by Creators on those accounts. This applies to the Premium Follow & Shoutout services offered by Creators.

Eg. You buy a Shoutout from a Creator, and you want the Shoutout to be posted on their X account (where they have a huge following). Connecting your X account (following the steps below) allows the Calaxy platform to automatically track the post on the Creator's X account, and verify it stays up for at least 24hrs. Once it does, your payment will be unlocked and the Creator will receive a payout. If its taken down before the 24hr mark, your payment is automatically returned to you.

Connecting A Social Account

To connect your Calaxy account to a supported social account:

1. From the Profile options menu, tap "Settings"

2. In the settings panel, tap "My Account"

3. In the "Manage connected accounts" section, tap the "connect" button beside a supported social app you want to connect to

4. Follow the on-screen prompts and approve the connection to Calaxy

5. Once connected, you will be able to request a Premium Follow or Shoutout from Creators offering these services directly on your connected social app (eg. Requesting a Creator follow you on X for a monthly fee)
